We are a medium sized, family run local business. We are not a big faceless loft conversion London company and this gives us more of a personal edge and allows us to project manage more effectively than the rest. Many of the bigger loft companies are so big and have so many projects that they are simply not able to offer you the time, energy and customer service that you deserve when spending so much of your hard earned money on improving and extending your home.

Nu Space have many years experience in the construction industry in London and are Fairtrades and Homepro full members. We are ‘specialists in loft conversions’ and have completed hundreds in the London area with more than fifty lofts completed each year. Experience yet competitively priced

We have so much experience in this industry that we know how to complete your loft conversion project quickly and with a great finish. Due to the efficiencies that we achieve and the fact that we pay no salesman commissions we can be extremely competitively priced often much more competitive than our closest completion.

Project managed by the owner of nuspace

We off full project management by the owner of the company. Due to this and because we are based locally, we are able to offer you a more personalised service so that you are aware at each stage of the project what is happening and what to expect next. You can expect to meet with the owner approximately once a week to have progress meeting in your home.

Design input from the owner

We have a wealth of experience in home renovations and design and as such we are able to offer you free design input from the owner of the company. This can help you to achieve the final finish that you dream of and expect. Having completing many large scale projects in Hampstead/ Highgate, Highbury? Islingon, Chelsea/ Fulham and Wimbledon /Wandsworth, Clapham/ Balham,Queens Park/Maida Vale, Chiswick/ Barnes, Richmond/ Twickenham, areas with architects designs we are very experience at achieving a high end finish.
