Loft conversion Clapham / Balham / Battersea

We have completed many loft conversions in and around the Clapham, Battersea, Balham area of London.

This on was interesting as the client really wanted to go to town with the finishes. On our recommendation they have gone for lots of additional extras such as Velux rooflight above the bed on an electric remote control together with black out blinds. The window automatically when it rains or you can close it form the comfort of your bed!

This was done under permitted development as the size of the loft was within the allowance of 40 cubic meters.

This also involved the installation of a pressurised water system as the loft gave the addition of third bathroom and the client wanted to have the ability to have two or three shower as the same time without the drop of pressure associated with conventional combination boilers.
