On this project we combined our skills on loft conversions and kitchen extensions to do both at the same time and the rest of the house. This time the customer was keen to divide the loft in two to allow an office space and a ‘spare bedroom’ for guests. We managed to obtain permission for both which also allowed the customer to have a fantastic kitchen living/ dining area to really make the most of this property in an ideal location.

Despite the space being limited this worked very well and still allowed some space for a small shower room. The client wanted the option to use one as a bedroom for their young children in the years to come.
