Highbury & Islington, Permitted Development

This project afforded us the opportunity to ‘kill two birds with one stone’. Once again ‘Nu Lofts’ were responsible for gaining permitted development rights to do these loft conversions in another conservation area. One loft conversion was a mirror image of the other. The clients tastes were the only variation and both looked great once completed. They both had a rear dormer with Juliet balcony.
