Large L shape Mansard

This was very large loft conversion in that it allowed the addition of two double bedroom and the addition of a large bathroom with wetroom shower.

This job required full planning and hence waiting for 8 weeks for the permission form the council before commencing with works.

The bathroom here was positioned in the middle of the loft to serve both of the loft bedroom well from wither side. There was also the addition of roof light over the stairs to allow natural light into the hallway. This is the only way to get natural light into the hallway in such an extension.

The windows were timber sash to be in keeping with the rest of this Victorian property.

The client also required some fitted wardrobes for the space which as you can see from the pictures worked really well.
